Tiptel Yeastar MyPBX U200

The MyPBX U200 is designed for up to 200 extensions and up to 50 simultaneous calls. The system supports analog lines, ISDN lines, and mobile networks (GSM and UMTS) through optional modules. It is equipped with an audio input and an audio output, and voice messages or call recordings can be stored on an integrable 2.5" hard drive. The MyPBX U200 and MyPBX U300 variants are particularly interesting for use in support departments or call centers. With the integrated interactive voice response (IVR) feature, customizable hold music, and the freely available software solution for extension monitoring and call distribution, the MyPBX is well-suited for call center tasks. For deployment scenarios requiring high availability of the phone system, the enterprise variants offer the option to have a second device as a hot standby system, which directly takes over the tasks of the first device in case of failure.
