The Systemic Questioning Methodology as a 'Key Tool' in Human Resource Management

Abstract: This paper aims to explore, through both theoretical and practical reflection, whether the method(s) of systemic questioning can be considered suitable elements for personnel management in schools and to what extent they need to be employed to unlock their potential. In Part A, the author discusses the general theoretical standpoint of the science. Following this presentation, the results in Part B are linked to study-specific content, thereby grounding them scientifically. This ultimately contributes to a reflection on practical content, leading to a synthesis of the answers to the questions in the concluding section. By addressing these topics, the author hopes to further develop his competencies in the area of personnel management and possibly find a tool that will assist him as a leader in school personnel management.
