Das Statusfeststellungsverfahren nach § 7a SGB IV

With the status determination procedure, clients and contractors should be able to clarify quickly and easily whether an individual case is a dependent employment or a self-employed activity. The starting point for the procedure is § 7a SGB IV, which was subjected to a comprehensive reform shortly before the end of the 19th legislative period. The paper takes up this reform and comprehensively presents the new status determination procedure. In addition, it identifies procedural deficits and uses these as an opportunity to discuss reform proposals and make suggestions for improvement.
