Product details
In the late 1980s, Powell Peralta had an established vert team that was fully occupied with riders like Tony Hawk, Steve Caballero, Mike McGill, and Lance Mountain. To incorporate the growing street style market into their roster of professionals, Powell Peralta began hiring new street pros. After Tommy Guerrero came Mike Vallely, followed by Ray Barbee. The fourth Powell Peralta street pro to receive a deck model was Steve Saiz from Long Beach. His Indian totem pole graphic was the second illustrated by the newly acquired artist Sean Cliver in 1989. Saiz skated for Powell Peralta until the early 1990s, until his knee unfortunately gave out. Originally released: 1989. Artwork by: Sean Cliver. Features: Sticker is 3.25" round.
