Author: Nico Semsrott. Nico Semsrott is a professional demotivation trainer. When you search for "failure" on YouTube, he is the first result. His birthday is the combination of the atomic disasters Fukushima (March 11) and Chernobyl (1986). On his 18th birthday, the terrorist attacks in Madrid occurred, and on his 23rd birthday, the school shooting in Winnenden took place.
