Product details
Ida, Bao, Afeni, and Kamal attend superhero school. All four have superpowers: Ida can fly, Bao can freeze things into ice, Afeni is super strong, and Kamal can move objects with his mind. This is almost always cool—except during recess when Ida flies away from everyone while playing tag, Bao always wins races because he turns his path into ice and slides faster than the others can run, or Afeni simply lifts the school during hide and seek and finds everyone immediately. They have a nice teacher, Mr. Müller, who has no superpower but teaches them to read, write, and do math. Today, he is taking them on a field trip to the superhero museum. The most valuable item is said to be the cape of the famous Super-Anna—but it is missing, stolen! Kamal immediately locks all the doors, Ida flies through all the rooms of the museum, and Bao freezes all the floors so the thief can't escape. But they can't find him. Then Afeni slips on the ice, lands on her back, and discovers Super-Gecko under the blanket! He stole the cape because he is upset that nothing about him is displayed in the museum.
