However, to create designs with a heat press, you will need heat transfer vinyl (HTV), a heat-resistant backing material, onto which you can cut your design and then transfer it to the desired fabric. Cutting the HTV can be done with various cutting plotters, including the Silhouette Cameo 4, the Cricut Maker or other models. You are not forced to buy the Cricut to use the EasyPress Mini. You can use the Silhouette Cameo 4 plotter to cut your designs and then use the EasyPress Mini to transfer them to the fabric. Make sure you follow the instructions for the specific HTV and EasyPress Mini exactly for best results.
