Enclosed I have linked you to chairs that support over 120 kg load capacity, you may find another office chair that you like 😊: https://www.galaxus.ch/de/s12/producttype/buerostuhl-359?filter=3577%3D120%3A2039%3A10

At first glance, it looks like you can only get the chairs with/or neck support at Galaxus... Since the employees don't see every question, I would recommend asking Galaxus support. Maybe there is a way to get spare parts or something similar. May I also refer you to my and several other reviews concerning the neck support :) https://www.galaxus.ch/de/productrating/fuer-den-preis-ein-sehr-guter-stuhl-die-nacke-galaxus-5216219

The armrests on my chair are fully adjustable, both in height and forwards and backwards, right or left. It may take a bit of "force" to move them the first time. This is not a fault. However, if one of the armrests is completely blocked and does not move, it must be a defect, yes.

Yes, no problem. The fastening part can be adjusted. Put a screwdriver through one of the screw holes and push the fastener outwards. It can be opened enough to get a good grip on the screws and the tool. The screws are not too long! This should make the assembly a success. Have fun with the chair, it's really great.

I don't think so, but it could be a bit tight. For me, at about 185cm, the neck support in the uppermost position is just short of my neck and almost more like my upper back (when I'm not standing bolt upright). However, I still find the chair very comfortable and can recommend it.
