The gold-plated rings on the grip and cap are fitted with the utmost precision before the writing instrument is polished to a high shine. The slightly springy, typical Pelikan beak clip gives this high-quality writing instrument its distinctive design. The Souverän M1000 piston fountain pen features an 18-carat bicolor gold nib and is available in nib widths EF, F, M, and B.
