12 Hand-Rolled Pastels - Top Quality. These pastels are of the highest artist quality: The handmade pastels contain less binder, very intense pigments, and are particularly easy to apply, blend, and smudge. With a wet brush, even watercolor-like effects can be achieved. The artist pastels are break-resistant, fine, and dry, yet can still be sharpened very well. The high pigmentation ensures excellent lightfastness, high color temperature, and special purity. The blending and mixing behavior is outstanding, and the application on canvas, paper, and other rough surfaces is very good, as is their use on acrylic paints. To protect the finished artwork from external influences, we recommend using a fixative spray. Stick: approximately 65 mm x 15 mm.
