Product details
On March 1, 2023, the law for the implementation of the Transformation Directive (UmRUG) came into effect, marking the largest reform of German transformation law to date. The reform restructures and significantly expands the Transformation Act (UmwG). In notarial practice, the far-reaching changes must be taken into account in numerous arrangements. The Notary Forms for Transformation Law assist in three ways. For aspiring notaries, notary assessors, or notaries who rarely handle transformation processes, it serves as a concise textbook that provides a quick overview of transformation law, its origins, significance, and its fundamental legal foundations. Secondly, it offers the most important forms to legally document the vast majority of transformation processes that arise in "normal" notarial operations. The forms are included as downloads for integration into one's own word processing software. Thirdly, the book serves as a reference work for legal questions in individual cases and provides notaries with practical tools such as checklists, overviews, and flowcharts to quickly and systematically resolve all legal pitfalls and issues. The checklists and guidelines for procedural workflows enable the delegation of tasks to specialized staff within the firm.
