T-card systems are ideal for planning and tracking. Whether it’s weekly, annual or specific project planning, the system is as flexible as you want it to be! Once you have decided on the planning period, use title strips and index strips to specify times, deadlines, project names, etc. You can record information on the T-cards; the ‘T’ at the top of the card serves as the title line, whilst the rest of the space is for notes. You can track, for example, sample requests, tool hire, exhibition materials, car pools, room planning … the list goes on and on! Simply take your projects and deadlines with you.
