The map "Oppelner Schlesien (Northern Part)" is the fifth in the series of Silesian maps, which currently consists of six maps, and is presented at a scale of 1:100,000. These maps are characterized by their detail and the representation of existing and vanished features, making them suitable for use both as travel aids and for exploration at the kitchen or desk. With the depiction of all towns and settlements, along with their names in Polish and German (including both historical and currently used place names, as well as those renamed after 1933), these maps provide a solid foundation for historical research and assist those who may struggle with correct Polish pronunciation but still wish to navigate the area.
