The block magnet is coated with rubber to improve adhesion. This coating also prevents damage to the wall. Block magnets with adhesive strips can only be used on boards with a steel backing. Peel off the protective paper and press the self-adhesive side of the magnet onto the back of the board. The magnetic part must be attached to the steel wall. For optimum results, the magnets should be attached to the back of the board in a triangular shape.
