The aim of the volume is the linguistic promotion of young people with a migration background in the transition from school to work. The first part contains information materials for teachers and training materials for learners on three learning areas: - tapping into specialist sources of information; - cracking specialist texts; - looking through terms and structures. The second part provides didactic and methodological planning aids. Focal points are: - simplifying specialized texts; - methodical hints for working with specialized texts in class. The third part addresses the specific linguistic problems of the target group and outlines the support approach of the language training materials.
