Features SSC - Smart Shred Control for congestion-free shredding. It includes a PLC safety package (Safety Protection System) with a patented, electronically controlled safety flap in the feed opening as an additional safety element. The EASY-SWITCH multi-function switching element provides integrated operator guidance through color signals and illuminated symbols. It has automatic reverse with automatic switch-off to prevent paper jams, automatic switch-off when the shred container is full, and electronic door protection via a magnetic switch. There is also double motor protection and a ZERO ENERGY standby mode, which completely disconnects the mains after 30 minutes of inactivity.

The light barrier allows for automatic start/stop. The SSC - Smart Shred Control features a smiley on the EASY-SWITCH switch to indicate current capacity utilization during shredding. The paperclip-resistant solid steel cutter shafts are made of hardened special steel and come with a lifetime guarantee.
