Husum in North Frisia

The 34 chapters of the book, which was published in Low German in 2021, provide an overview of Husum and the surrounding area. They include numerous photos and maps. This reading can be enjoyed as a local history book or as a city guide through Husum. The author, Jörg Hartmann, a city guide, museum guide, and staff member of the Theodor Storm House, the castle near Husum, the Nissen House, and the Ostenfelder Bauernhaus, as well as the VHS Husum, has compiled and written the various chapters with great enjoyment but also with care. On the last pages, in addition to a directory of Husum's museums and galleries, there is also a city map, a brief glossary of key terms from the book, and a list of possible routes for excursions.
