The 4-in-1 hiking map is now even clearer and more readable. The hiking maps from the top hiking regions come with an additional detailed scale map. The Active Guide provides information on all things outdoor, and there's also a free app for on-the-go access. This forms the perfect foundation for planning a hiking tour. The precise cartography shows all walkable hiking trails, including classifications. Information such as swimming pools, via ferratas, playgrounds, huts, and much more is also included on the map. Thanks to its tear- and weather-resistant paper quality, the map is a reliable companion in any weather.
The Lechtal Alps extend across the federal states of Tyrol and Vorarlberg. They border the Allgäu Alps to the north, the Mieminger chain and the Wetterstein mountains to the east, the Ötztal Alps and the Samnaun group to the south, and the Lechquellen mountains to the west. The only three-thousand-meter peak in the Northern Limestone Alps, the Parseierspitze, stands at 3,040 m in the Lechtal Alps. The most significant peak of the Hornbach chain is the Grosse Krottenkopf, which is also the highest peak of the Allgäu Alps.
