The HellermannTyton labels TAG63.5-50.8TD1-951 are a combination of a nameplate label and a protective laminate, consisting of two parts. They are delivered on a roll. They are designed for demanding labeling solutions, particularly in the automotive sector. The labels are tamper-proof; any attempt to remove them will leave a checkerboard pattern. They are very well suited for outdoor applications and meet the requirements of the KBA (Federal Motor Transport Authority). The film thickness is 36 µm (label/951A) and 25 µm (laminate/951B).

These labels are especially suitable as nameplates for vehicles. They are preferred in the automotive sector and the electrical industry for the permanent, tamper-proof attachment of nameplates. The labeling solution is particularly recommended for marking flat surfaces on vehicle frames as a replacement for conventional aluminum plates. The transparent overlaminate ensures good resistance to dirt and abrasion and can be easily and securely applied manually.
