Key Case Information
The student case is made from durable textile fabric and is equipped with 18 high-quality water-soluble colored pencils from Faber Castell GRIP, 2 Faber Castell GRIP HB pencils, a sharpener, eraser, and ruler from Faber Castell, as well as a timetable in the side flap.

Warranty and Return Policy
FUNKI offers a 2-year warranty on all products.

If you happen to receive a Monday or Friday model and notice material or manufacturing defects after purchase, we will gladly exchange your beloved FUNKI. Defects caused by your own fault and improper use, decorative elements, normal wear and tear, and returns due to dissatisfaction are excluded from the warranty.

Procedure:
For a warranty exchange, please send us your "Hinke-FUNKI" with a note of the damage and the current warranty certificate or proof of purchase directly. The Funki team at Simplex AG will carefully examine the case and, if justified, will either provide you with a small gift from the spare parts inventory or a new "Super-FUNKI.".
