Federal economic administrative law

The script provides a current overview of the various areas of federal economic administrative law that are particularly important for study and practice. The work is based on lecture materials used at the universities of Bern, Lucerne, and Zurich. The presentation of the legal situation in the different areas begins with an overview of the legal sources and literature, sometimes supplemented by references to materials. Following this, the fundamental principles of the relevant regulations are outlined, with particular emphasis on their function and interconnections. References to case law and future developments complement the presentation. Regarding the new edition: The sixth edition has been completely updated.
