The script provides an up-to-date overview of the various areas of federal economic administrative law that are of particular importance for study and practice. The work is based on lecture notes used at the Universities of Bern, Lucerne and Zurich. The presentation of the legal situation in the various areas begins in each case with an overview of the legal sources and the literature, supplemented in part by references to the materials. This is followed by the main features of the relevant regulations, with particular emphasis on their function and interrelationships.
