Cycling map Saale

In a fold-out style, Publicpress presents the 425 km long Saale Cycle Path, which follows the course of the Saale River from its sources to its confluence with the Elbe at Barby, south of Magdeburg. Cyclists pass through the federal states of Bavaria, Thuringia, and Saxony-Anhalt, and visit historically significant cities such as Hof, Rudolstadt, Jena, Merseburg, and Halle. In addition to dense forests and picturesque reservoirs, the many medieval castles are impressive.
