The forests of Piła are located on the border between the Greater Poland and West Pomerania Voivodeships. They encompass part of the Pomeranian Lake District. This area features diverse terrain shaped by glaciers thousands of years ago, lush forest cover, and numerous lakes.

The map shows an extensive forest complex that stretches from the Piła region in the south to Jastrowie, Okonek, and Borne Sulinowo in the north. To the west, it borders Wałcz, and to the east, Złotów and Białośliwie.
