The meaning of the name K-3 has its roots in the Japanese Kanji for three, as well as in balance and harmony. For Kenzo Takada, collaborating with Clairefontaine was a natural choice. The artist's boundless creativity manifested daily in various forms, including painting and calligraphy. Some items in this collection feature Kintsugi, a tribute to Japanese craftsmanship. This ancient art invites the repair of a broken object by highlighting its cracks and scars with gold leaf—a tradition that is very dear to the creative universe of K-3. Two assorted designs.
