The Fox and the Hound 1 (USA 1981, 83 min., Rated G):
Carefree, Cap, the orphaned fox cub, and Capper, the lively puppy, romp together over hill and dale. Along the way, the two young ones meet many funny friends. For now, Cap and Capper are the very best of friends and have no idea that one day they will face each other as enemies. Capper is trained as a hunting dog, and the grumpy hunter has set his sights on Cap. The old friendship between the two is put to a tough test that puts them in great danger. A breathtaking chase ensues.

The Fox and the Hound 2 (USA 2006, 70 min., Rated G):
Capper is supposed to be trained as a hunting dog, but he prefers to frolic with his friend Cap through meadows and forests. When the two friends encounter a dog band at a fair, Capper's true talent is revealed: singing! Without hesitation, Capper becomes a member of the band. However, amidst all the excitement, he completely forgets about his loyal friend Cap. Thus, the friendship between the two is once again put to the test.
