Chilean-born New York producer Nicolas Jaar began his career in 2008 with club EPs and remixes, before shifting the standards of electronic music with his debut album 'Space Is Only Noise' in 2011, a milestone that still resonates today. In 2013, he founded the label Other People, where he has released music from diverse artists such as Lydia Lunch, William Basinski, and DJ Slugo. He has collaborated with FKA twigs, Patrick Higgins, and Lydia Ourahmane, is one half of the duo Darkside, and continues to release high-profile club music under the name Against All Logic. His follow-up album 'Sirens' came out in 2016, and now finally 'Cenizas' has arrived. This new work is an intricate exception bordering on genius, celebrated by critics, and is also available in CD and 2LP deluxe formats, which include a 96-page sketchbook drawn by Nicolas Jaar within a PVC sleeve.
