This case is created in collaboration with URIA, a non-profit animal welfare organization that primarily focuses on the needs of animals rather than purely economic interests. The leather is tanned in an environmentally friendly manner using only plant-based methods, just 40 km away from the URIA farm in a small tannery. This way, the CO2 footprint of the leather is kept as low as possible.
