The insurance supervisory law has gained increasing importance in recent years. It has been amended and supplemented by many reforms at both the European and national levels. Articles and legislative explanations regarding these legal developments are not readily accessible. This work presents the current insurance supervisory law in a compact and coherent manner in its second edition. Experienced practitioners specialized in the subject from administration, business, and consulting have been engaged as authors.
