All baby monitors with 2 cameras that I have found do not monitor both transmitters at the same time, but only the transmitter that is currently selected on the parent's side, i.e. I can e.g. manually check which room my child is in at the moment. It does NOT automatically activate the channel where the child is screaming, for example.

The description of the BC-8000DV gave me hope that I could actually monitor 2 children in 2 rooms, i.e. for me, for example, that no matter which child wakes up, I will be informed via the parent unit. Whether I have to change the picture manually is unimportant to me but nice to have. It's about the alarm.

Can anyone confirm this for me?

This works. We have 2 cameras, and it is automatically timed on the parent where the child is crying.
