Question about Neonate Bc-8000dv
Good morning The battery in my parent unit practically stops charging. Is it possible to replace the battery? Or can the parent unit be ordered separately?
We had a similar problem and solved it, temporarily, by unplugging the battery from its connection within the parent unit and then plugging it back in. It would then charge normally for weeks to months and then we repeated the procedure.
