Am I too stupid? I have never been able to make a video connection since we started using the Neonate. What am I doing wrong? I always get the message Out of Range video, audio still in range... I'm getting desperate. I have also paired and the sound works perfectly - but we have never had a picture.

Try once in the same room and otherwise reset and pair again. I've been using the set for 2 years now. It's a bit cramped 2 floors away, but otherwise it works relatively well.
