The ambient temperature in the baby’s room should be between 18°C and 20°C. A thin pajama and socks are sufficient for the night. The humidity in the room should be between 50% and 65%. Low humidity and high room temperature can irritate your baby's mucous membranes. This also increases the risk of a cold or infection. Avoid cigarette smoke during pregnancy and in your baby's environment. If possible, you should breastfeed your baby until the 6th month. However, if that is not feasible, the baby can also grow up healthily with a good baby formula. In the parents' bed, the baby can quickly become too warm – it is better to place them in their own crib in the parents' bedroom.
