This bib is fantastic. It protects your baby's or toddler's clothing exceptionally well. And why is there a double layer of fabric at the bottom? Thought has gone into this! Your child regularly lets food drip from their chin onto the bib while eating independently. The lower edge of the bib catches these spills and bits. So it's like a catch-all! You will definitely love this! Liquids and spills on the front do not penetrate the clothing underneath. This is due to the waterproof material from which this bib is made. The waterproof bib fastens at the back with a Velcro closure. This stays in place, so your baby can't easily remove the bib. The bib can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
