Application:
To effectively prevent stretch marks, gently massage your baby bump twice a day from the third month. Include the breast, bottom and thighs in your pampering programme. Spread free oil massage oil for pregnant women generously on the belly and massage in gently with stroking movements in the direction of the belly button. Now carefully take the abdominal skin (starting at the navel) between your thumb and forefinger and gently pluck away. Finally, spread free oil massage oil for pregnant women on the breasts, bottom, hips and thighs. Massage yourself there as well, first with gentle circular movements, before you carefully begin with a light plucking massage.

Important note:
Towards the end of pregnancy, only perform stroking massages. If you are prone to premature labour, use only after consulting your doctor.
