Instructions for use
1. wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water. 2 Fill the container provided with an isotonic saline solution or a solution recommended by your doctor. 3. tilt your head slightly forwards and to the side. 4. carefully insert the end of the nasal cleanser into one nostril 5. gently squeeze the container to spray the solution into the nostril 6. allow the solution to work in the nose for a few seconds 7. then blow gently through the other nostril to remove mucus and impurities 8 Repeat the process for the other nostril. 9. clean the nasal cleanser thoroughly after each use according to the manufacturer's instructions. It is important to follow the manufacturer's instructions carefully and consult a doctor or pharmacist if you have any doubts or concerns.
