Question about G.Skill Trident Z Neo

With my Asus B550-E it is impossible to set the XMP profile. The PC does not boot. Is this due to the RAM or the GC? I can't get them to hold at the advertised frequency. The BIOS is up to date.... anyone have a solution?

Helpful answer

I also searched for a while, just go to EZ Mode (F7) and activate XMP Mode. (https://rog.asus.com/forum...). Then reboot and everything works.
