Where can I see when the device is on its way to Basel where I will pick it up? When I ordered it it was 7-10 days and now it is 2-3 weeks from the 2 dates when will it arrive?

You will receive an SMS notification or email confirmation as soon as the unit is ready for collection in Basel. Unfortunately, there is no exact date.
