When ordering on 3 January, it says that the item is in stock and available for immediate delivery. Now the status is "The delivery date is being clarified with the supplier and will be updated" and there is a provisional delivery date in mid-February. If the order states that the item is in stock, I assume that this is the case and that the item will be reserved for me when I order and pay. It was already clear on 3 January that there was no stock available. Can't you be a little more careful and precise about availability? Otherwise I can no longer rely on your information about availability. The same thing happened to me at the same time with an AMD Ryzen 5 5600X.

This has already happened to me with several items here at Digitec! I assume that it is intentional in order to attract customers. With the apparent availability of items you can draw attention to yourself, but it is simply a false statement, which is not legal. I have already asked Digitec this question but never received an answer.
