When I listen to music, my external screen connected to this product via HDMI starts to flicker and I see green pixels.

I can't tell from your question what your exact setup is, e.g. which connection you use to listen to the music.
I have often had such results with HDMI because the cable was too bad. If possible, try a good, shielded and expensive cable. If 4K data is transmitted through a cable that has too low a cross-section for the price and is poorly shielded, such an effect can occur.
Also lay the HDMI as far away as possible from the power cable. Hope it helps.
