Question about i-tec Nano Dock
When I connect my monitor via Nano Dock, it remains dark. The system recognises the monitor, but there is no picture. I have tried different HDMI cables. No problem directly on the notebook. Does anyone have any ideas or can they possibly help? Thanks for your help
I have seen that the Nano Dock must have a good USB-C power supply (external), then it should work reliably.
However, I rarely have this problem from time to time.
I then disconnect the dock completely from the power supply and notebook. Then I have a picture on the external monitor again.
It may also help.
