Question about Microsoft Surface Arc

What is the difference with this mouse? https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/microsoft-ms-surface-arc-mouse-ice-blue-kabellos-maus-15643551?supplier=406802 Google didn't really give an answer either, and in other shops the most noticeable differences that stand out here (transmission range and mouse sensor resolution) are even identical. In some places I have read "Price type: Commercial", but it is not clear to me what this means exactly and whether this can really be the difference. Does anyone (perhaps from the shop team) know more about this?
