What is the charging power in W of the part for MacBooks 15"?

According to the manufacturer's website, the USB-C port supplies 5V at 3A. That is 15W.

My MBP 13" sees (only) 15 W (when connected to the USB C port of the Xtorm with Mac original USB C cable) - not really enough to charge while running...
