We went flying for the first time last Wednesday, all good. Fantastic pictures. Then on Sunday - the second day of flying - the connection to the image transmission suddenly broke down. No more image transmission since then. Gimbel hangs slightly tilted upwards when at rest. That seems strange to me somehow. I didn't have a collision or anything. Could something still be faulty? (Unhooked?) What should I do? I can't get any further via the DJI service. It doesn't show any error codes or anything. Just no more picture. Who has any advice?
Gimbal calibration:
In the DJI Fly app: go to "Settings" > "Controls" > "Gimbal Calibration" and perform the calibration.
Manual inspection:
Switch off the drone and check the gimbal for mechanical blockages. Move it carefully to ensure that it can move freely.
Tilting the gimbal:
If the gimbal remains tilted upwards, this could indicate a problem with the ribbon cable or the gimbal motor.
