We bought this docking station with an Asus UX463F and have a 27" screen with 2560x1440dpi resolution via HDMI. Unfortunately, the docking station cannot display the full resolution, only 2048x1080. The NVIDIA control cannot be opened either, as an error message appears. Can anyone help?

It seems that this docking station is not made for this notebook. Unfortunately, Asus does not provide any useful information on which is the correct port replicator.

Good morning, I have a resolution of 1920 x 1080 on both the ASUS UX31A ultrabook and the 24 inch screen. As far as I understand the principle of the docking station, it passes on the resolution that the laptop has. I don't think it is technically possible to increase the resolution. The resolution is determined by the laptop's graphics card. 
ASUS service was also very weak with me. I would not buy this docking station again today. Greetings and good luck Lm
