What is the difference between the 6890LTE and the 6890LTE (DE version)?

The D version receives updates more quickly than the international version, which is perhaps a few weeks behind. Hardware-wise, there is no difference. If you can wait a few weeks or days for the update, it is not worth buying the D version. Unless it is maybe 20.- more expensive than the international version.
