As already explained the Ryzen based Motherboards have the PCIe4.0 which supports an M.2 with PCIe 4.0

No, the manufacturer himself claims that a Asus Prime B550-PLUS is used, so pared with the Ryzen 5 5600x it sure is PCIe 4.0 capable.
But, according to the manufacturer, the Asus Prime B550-PLUS is installed, together with the Ryzen 5 5600x, the M.2 slots are PCIe 4.0 capable.
