Two months ago I bought this monitor, BenQ PhotoVue SW321C, from you and also paid for it. After several requests, I was assured of a delivery date at the end of February/beginning of March. Today, on 03 March 2020, the monitor is still not there and I read under my order the terse message that the delivery date has been exceeded. digitec does not respond promptly or at all to written queries. Is this how digitec deals with customers who order regularly?
Addendum: After two more days, still no answer from digitec. The message "Delivery date exceeded" has now been replaced by "No details available". I feel completely fooled by digitec, as I could have bought this screen elsewhere long ago, even abroad if necessary. This is no way to treat customers!
Sorry, but whoever pays when a product is not yet available has only themselves to blame. This monitor is currently not available anywhere. Patience helps. I'm waiting for it too.
