Too bad, the AP still radiates even when WLAN is deactivated via the SSID setting in the Nebula Control Centre. The light is blue, which according to the instructions means that the WLAN is still active, but no client is connected :-( It's really bad how hard you have to read in if you want to avoid the radiation at least overnight.

In the "Maintenance -> LED" menu, you can turn off the LED indicator without modifying the operation of your WiFi access point.

We simply switch off our APs overnight (PoE switch). This can also be easily implemented with a power switch (e.g. MyStrom Zero: myStrom Switch Zero).
A power strip that cuts everything off solves the problem...
