This is a stupid question, but I have an existing sim with subscription here in Switzerland. My old phone, also an Edge 7 had monitor issues. Would the phone work?

Helpful answer

Yes it should work. I tried mine with about 3 different SIMs all Swiss and they all worked. Even one that I had trimmed down from a full-sized SIM with a pair of toenail scissors (I washed the scissors first).
