There are two different models: A7R III and A7R IIIA, which are newer. The newer ones should have 2'360'000 dots on the display screen instead of 1'440'000 for the older models. Either the models you sell have the higher resolution or, it is not the A7R IIIA. So which models do you sell ? And are there any other differences between the two, or is it the only one?
It's clear which version it is. The newer A version. And if there is a mistake in the specifications. So what? What is relevant is the information on the Sony website. In addition to the display, the USB version has been updated from 3.1 to 3.2. And the battery life has been shortened.
